Duration: 24 Months (Possible extension/conversion)
Shift: 1st Shift (8:00 AM 5:00 PM OT 5 8 hrs as needed)
Job Summary
Entry-level Manufacturing Engineer supporting assembly operations BOM management and process improvement. This role focuses on shop floor support change management (ECO/MCO) and driving safety quality and productivity improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Support BOM updates ECO/MCO processing and change releases
Act as manufacturing representative for customer/project teams
Establish routings layouts tools labor standards and quality plans
Troubleshoot production issues and improve material flow & capacity
Implement improvements in safety quality delivery and productivity
Train production operators on processes and changes
Analyze manufacturing data to support decision-making
