Job Description:

As a Business Analyst you will support technology initiatives by partnering with business leaders subject matter experts and technical teams to gather analyze and document requirements for applications and systems. You will work in an Agile environment to translate business needs into clear actionable documentation support solution design and ensure project information is accurate current and aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather analyze and document business requirements for applications and system enhancements.
• Create and maintain user stories acceptance criteria and design documentation.
• Document trace and manage changes to business processes workflows and system functionality.
• Conduct research and data analysis to identify problems and recommend effective solutions.
• Update project status risks issues and timelines for reporting purposes.
• Support Agile delivery teams with requirements refinement and value-based prioritization.
• Assist with small project management or quality assurance activities as needed.
• Participate in process mapping database analysis and forms analysis when required.

Required Skills Experiences Education and Competencies:

• Strong experience working directly with business and technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to elicit analyze and document business and system requirements.
• Experience with Agile delivery practices and software development lifecycle phases.
• Strong skills in process mapping facilitation and data analysis.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Excel Word PowerPoint Project and Visio.
• Experience using requirements or work management tools such as Azure DevOps Jira or similar.
• Ability to translate business objectives into clear system requirements and specifications.
• Strong interpersonal written and verbal communication skills.

The hourly range for roles of this nature are $45.00 to $80.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills experience location and industry.
