This full-time exempt position will report to our Vice President at our Corporate Office in Mattoon IL. This position works closely with ISS leadership to strategize and develop long-term marketing plans that increase brand visibility and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with companyobjectivesand enhance ISSs brand presence.

• Oversee content creation proofing scheduling and posting across various social media platforms to maximize engagement.

• Manage and create graphic design materials thatmaintainbrand consistency and professionalism.

• Lead the marketing team in producing compelling job postings and employer branding initiatives.

• Conduct market research toidentifynew marketingopportunities and measure ROI on campaigns and initiatives.

• Collaborate with field teams to support local marketing efforts and employer branding strategies.

• Plan and execute marketing events sponsorships and industry partnerships to drive brand awareness.

• Develop and deliver internal and external presentations to communicate brand messaging and marketing performance.

• Ensure consistent distribution of marketing materials across ISS locations.

• Track and analyze KPIs to assess campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.

• Attend weekly strategy meetings and contribute innovative ideas to improve marketing impact.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in marketing communications ora relatedfield (or equivalent experience).

• Minimum of 1-3 years of marketing experience preferably in a management or leadership role.

• Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Excel PowerPoint Word).

• Strong experience in Adobe Suite (Illustrator InDesign Photoshop); knowledge of Premier Pro is a plus.

• Deep understanding of social media management analytics and content strategy.

• Ability to analyze data track KPIs andoptimizemarketing campaigns based on performance.

• Professional appearance strong leadership skills and excellent communication abilities.

• Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation (occasional travel to ISS locationsrequired).
