Job Title: Armleder Teacher - UE Social Studies and 6th grade Christian Studies

Reports to: Armleder Principal

Start Date: August 10 2026

Job Description:

Educate elementary aged children creating an engaging environment in which students thrive and learn.

• Responsible for all instruction in classroom including care and nurture of all enrolled students

• Able to communicate effectively possessing developed verbal and written interpersonal skills

• Able to assess the social emotional academic developmental needs of the students

• Plan engaging/creative appropriate instruction for the students

• Able to work cooperatively and collaboratively developing positive relationships with CHCA staff administrators parents and students

• Able to integrate Christian principles into the students learning experiences and nurture their faith

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education Middle School Social Studies

• Experience working with elementary and Middle School age students

• Current Ohio teaching license with PK-6 certification

• Strong Christian background
• Two years of experience preferred as well as experience with Responsive Classroom and Leader in Me curriculum
