Servpro Team Toft

In this role youll be the first point of contact for customers while also coordinating crews managing schedules and supporting office operations. Youll play a critical role in helping our team respond quickly and professionally when customers need us most.
What Youll Do
- Answer incoming calls and provide professional empathetic customer service
- Schedule jobs and dispatch crews based on urgency location and availability
- Coordinate daily job assignments and adjust schedules as needed
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain job files
- Support office operations and administrative tasks
- Communicate with customers technicians and management to ensure smooth workflow
- Assist other departments to keep projects on track
What Were Looking For
- High school diploma or GED required (Associates degree a plus)
- Previous experience in administrative dispatching or customer service roles preferred
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Excellent multitasking and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Clear and professional communication skills (phone email and in person)
- Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced sometimes high-pressure environment
- Positive team-oriented attitude
