Job Summary

To assist in general office support of statewide testing initiatives to include but not limited to Certified Nursing Assistant/Qualified Medication Aide (CNA/QMA) testing for the Indiana Department of Health (IDOH). Additionally this position will support overall Ivy Tech exam delivery partnerships with other State agencies as needed.

Hourly Rate: $16.22
Work Hours: Up to 20 hours per week

Essential Duties:

Organizing and tracking of paperwork and electronic files

Preparing testing rosters and skills packets for field proctors

Managing skills testing supplies and equipment

Perform the role of resident during skills testing sessions

Managing documents and preparing testing packets for distribution

All responsibilities will be conducted within the parameters of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) other applicable regulatory requirements and professional standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

High School diploma/GED required.

Experience in general document processing and electronic file organization

Strong organizational skills ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate large volume of work at one time

Excellent communication and customer service skills
