About the Opportunity

We are looking for a Product Specialist who will be responsible for providing high quality post sales customer success including software implementations client training and technical support.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with the customer to ensure the software is being used to its optimum in the initial stages of implementation
• Provide training to current and new customers.
• Be part of the product development phase Liaise with the product development team and software users during the software design cycle participate in the internal beta testing and act as a point of contact for product team to identify & document technical requirements.
• Support business development managers to identify develop and close opportunities within key accounts
• Provide support to business development in the technical aspects of our solution selling process including client demonstrations input into sales proposals customer success and support
• Identify account enrichment opportunities for our mine planning solutions

About You

• A minimum of 3 years experience in analysis design implementation and support of mine planning systems
• A recognised tertiary earth science or engineering qualification
• Strong ability to build relationships with customers
• Detailed understanding and delivery of mine planning solutions
