The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services team:

Brief Description of Department Enterprise Real Estate Services has an opening for a Project Delivery planner. This position is responsible for supporting Enterprise Real Estate Services Construction Project Delivery Project Managers and Project Leadership.

What You Will do:

The Construction Project Delivery Planner duties will include but are not limited to:

• Creating and managing contractor daily badging authorizations/inputs and yearly picture update for badging.
• Creating and managing site asset protection requests.
• General support of the Enterprise Real Estate Services Project Delivery Project Managers including supporting running project financial reports supporting project close out project as-builts and project updates.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• This role typically requires a Bachelors degree in business administration engineering construction drafting/design facilities or other related business field and 2 or more years of relevant the absence of a bachelors degree 5 years of relevant experience in Facilities Maintenance or construction in lieu of a degree will be considered.
• Experience or knowledge of general construction process (maintenance electrical mechanical building and factory machining or equipment support manufacturing support database support .
• Experience or working knowledge of SAP or related software to create purchase requisitions.
• Experience working with Construction Project Managers to create purchase requisitions
• Experience or knowledge of a standard construction close out process.

The salary range for this role is 68900 USD - 131100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.
