We are currently seeking a Service Administrative Assistant to join our fast-paced and growing service department. This is a great opportunity to be part of one of the top service teams in the country.

Responsibilities
- Support service advisors with administrative tasks
- Prepare repair orders and documentation
- Monitor service progress
- Ensure invoices are accurate and completed properly
Qualifications
- Dependable and punctual
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of automotive services (preferred)
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Previous dealership or administrative experience is a plus
- Must be able to pass pre-employment background and drug screening
