Job Opportunity: Locum - Physician - OB/GYN in Colorado Springs CO

The OB/GYN Clinic at Memorial Central Medical Center offers a range of services including low-risk and high-risk pregnancy management alongside an engaging clinic experience for both patients and providers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive OB/GYN care including managing low-risk and high-risk pregnancies.
• Conduct clinic visits and follow up with patients in a structured schedule.
• Handle 24-hour in-house call shifts averaging 1 in 5 weekdays and 1 in 10 weekends.
• Perform routine and complicated deliveries including C-sections and VBACs.
• Supervise and collaborate with mid-level providers and other OB/GYNs within the group.
• Utilize the Epic documentation system for patient records and management.
• Participate in clinic operations and quality assurance activities.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified in OB/GYN.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the field.
• Capability to perform required obstetric and gynecologic procedures.
• Experience managing high-risk pregnancies preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work a minimum of two weeks per month.

Licenses and Certification Requirements:

• Active Colorado medical license or an active Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) Letter of Qualification.
• Up-to-date CPR certification.
• Self-Query NPDB report (must be recent within the month).
