The Ford Pro Tech Enablement Product Manager Specialist will support seamless onboarding access and dayone productivity for technology team member team members by coordinating hardware software and system provisioning. This role serves as the front door for access and setup requests partnering closely with hiring managers IAM infrastructure and product teams to ensure timely secure and accurate enablement while continuously improving onboarding and offboarding processes.
This Product Manager Specialist will be responsible for working with the Ford Pro Technology and Ford Pro Business for program support and coordination
Based in Dearborn MI this is a hybrid position with a required four-day onsite presence each week
Responsibilities
What youll do...
- Support hardware ordering deployments
- Provide end user support and access management
- Manage Department communication including Town Hall coordination
- Support user testing interviews and analysis
- Support to track maintain and manage product team members onboarding and offboarding
- Keep up to date on overall activities of the team identifying problem areas and escalating issues / risk
- Produce communication material including PowerPoint presentations Slack and email messaging
- Coordinate the development of content for and publication of documentation to support the teams agile development including the CoP Manifesto and Process Enablement Model.
Assist with management of the annual Pro Tech enterprise processes review to ensure compliance.
Qualifications
Youll have...
- Associates degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
- 2 years of experience communicating product status issues and risk to business and IT stakeholders to improve effective decision on strategic direction.
- 2 years of experience with Lean Agile methodology tools administration and using Jira
- 2 years of experience with managing rosters using Adobe Illustrator
- 1 years of experience using Power BI to create charts office automated workflows and creating workforce dashboard analytics

- Bachelors Degree
- Collaborative experience with other team members (Business and IT) to achieve PDO and program objectives.
- Experience working independently with customers; both internal and external
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Passion for growing your skills tackling interesting work and challenging problems;

- Technical and problem-solving mindset.

This position is a salary grade 5 and ranges from $65100- 109300.
Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidates skills and experience and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope responsibility and competitive market value.
