Pay: $70000$80000 per year (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-Time MondayFriday
Recruit coach and retain high-quality teaching teams
Ensure consistent implementation of the L.E.A.P. curriculum
Maintain compliance with Massachusetts EEC licensing standards
Support enrollment growth through tours and family engagement
Oversee staffing scheduling and budget performance
Build strong relationships with families and community partners
Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education Business or related field preferred
Minimum 2 years preschool leadership experience required
Strong knowledge of Massachusetts licensing regulations
Excellent leadership and communication skills
