- The People Leader: Proven experience managing union facilities with an authentic highly engaging leadership style that unifies cross-functional teams (EHS Quality Finance Sales).
- The Foundation: A Bachelors degree in Engineering Food Science Agriculture Business Administration Supply Chain or a related field.
