We are looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial leader who is ready to relocate to Thailand and actively contribute to the successful start-up and development of our new production site in Rayong.

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in an international hands-on environment and who are motivated by building structures teams and processes from the ground up. You will play a key role in shaping a growing manufacturing site during its ramp-up phase.

Key responsibilities include:

• Train and develop the production team on all machines to ensure efficient safe and quality-oriented production
• Train and lead the technical service team to ensure reliable maintenance repair and high availability of all machinery and facilities
• Develop and implement cleaning plans maintenance routines and preventive measures to keep all equipment in excellent condition
• Establish stable workflows clear information flows and transparent reporting structures
• Ensure effective communication and cooperation between Production Technical Service and Quality Control
• Ramp up production capacity according to management requirements including the introduction of shift models and continuous operations
• Follow up on open items from machine installation transfer and commissioning
• Actively contribute to continuous improvement of processes efficiency and technical standards

• University degree or equivalent technical vocational education with at least 5 years of professional experience in Production and/or Technical Service Management
• Proven leadership experience in a comparable role; experience in the textile or manufacturing industry is an advantage
• Strong hands-on experience in both technical service (maintenance repair) and production operations
• Solid mechanical and electrical knowledge
• Good understanding of PLC systems and machine control programs
• Strong analytical skills combined with structured project management capabilities
• Ability to train coach and further develop technical and production teams
• High level of accuracy reliability and sense of responsibility
• Strong problem-solving mindset with a practical and solution-oriented approach
• High cultural awareness and sensitivity when working in international and multicultural environments
• Willingness to relocate to Thailand for a long-term assignment
