• Educate customers on the total loss process and help navigate the total loss process.
• Conduct research to provide accurate documentation to insurance and GAP companies
• Interact optimally with internal and external clients
• Used critical thinking and problem-solving skills to for a one call resolution
• Ability to work a high volume of accounts with a high degree of accuracy
• Must thrive in a fast-paced busy environment
• Ability to proactively collaborate with vendors and other Ally departments
• Adhere DPA and idle goals
