Position Responsibilities:
- Receive validate and process transaction instructions from MIM/GA teams onshore partners and custodians.
- Work closely with Reconciliation Middle Office and other stakeholders to investigate and resolve cash and position breaks.
- Review and validate BBH cash and position breaks to ensure accuracy of proposed adjustments.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of trades capital stock activities management fees dividends and derivatives in AABOR.
- Manage fund events including Informatica updates seed capital processing and TIK/RIK activities.
- Booking and monitoring of dividend distributions and reinvestments.
- Maintain clear accurate and compliant documentation in line with established procedures and controls.
- Stay current with securities industry developments market practices and regulatory updates.
- Participate in industry training and crossfunctional initiatives to support business continuity and service quality.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Accounting Finance Economics or a related field.
- 12 years of relevant experience in asset management operations fund accounting or securities processing.
- Strong analytical communication and interpersonal skills.
- Working knowledge of securities instruments settlements and the investment lifecycle.
- Ability to prioritize tasks meet tight deadlines and maintain high levels of accuracy.
- Clientfocused mindset with the ability to collaborate in a fastpaced regulated environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- CPA board exam passer or CISI certification.
- Experience working with cash and position reconciliations.
- Familiarity with asset management operations across front middle and back office.
- Exposure to derivative products and complex investment transactions.
- Experience working with global or crossfunctional teams.
