Marketing Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement marketing plans to promote live goods products across seasonal cycles.
Manage campaigns across digital platforms in-store promotions and trade marketing.
Align product launches with growing seasons holidays and regional demand trends.
Oversee branding messaging and content specific to plant care sustainability and lifestyle benefits.
Sales Generation & Revenue Growth:
Partner with sales teams to create lead generation programs and promotional strategies.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns across overlapping seasonal timelines
Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors/agencies
Knowledge of plant categories growing cycles and regional demand differences
Familiarity with perishability challenges (shrink spoilage logistics timing)
Understanding of sustainability trends and consumer preferences in live goods
