Impact

• You have 3 years of experience in corporate social responsibility (CSR) event management employee engagement or volunteer coordination
• You have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding engagement goals or similar KPIs
• You have experience managing hybrid programming (virtual and in-person) for a distributed workforce
• You have experience managing program budgets and tracking complex impact data
• You have strong written and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to sell a cause and effortlessly build trust and excitement across all levels
• You have a knack for organization and detail understanding that the success of a large-scale volunteer event lives in the details of systems logistics and timelines
• You are a strategic driver and an experienced project manager who is proactive in engaging employees while navigating multiple high-priority deadlines and long-term goals
• You are technically savvy highly proficient in Google Suite (especially Sheets) and leverage AI and visual design tools (like Canva and Slides) to support your work

Pay Range: $60000 - $80000

Work Arrangement

Shipt considers candidates located near a Shipt office or workspace in Birmingham San Francisco or Minneapolis to be hybrid which means that they have the flexibility to work from home (with leader approval) or at a Shipt office in order to facilitate the ability to innovate collaborate and spark team -office expectations will vary by role and leader.
