This provides an excellent opportunity to earn extra while making a meaningful impact.

What Youll Do as a PRN PT

• Perform functional mobility and strength assessments

• Build individualized meaningful treatment plans

• Provide skilled PT interventions to maximize mobility safety and independence

• Educate residents and caregivers on mobility techniques and fall prevention

• Recommend assistive devices and environmental modifications

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support whole-person wellness

• Complete clear timely clinical documentation

What You Bring

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

• Current or eligible Wisconsin PT license

• Excellent communication and clinical reasoning skills

• A passion for supporting older adults with dignity and compassion

• Flexibility and a collaborative mindset

• Willingness to travel from Green Bay to Crivitz or Marinette (with travel bonus!)
