Program Analyst

Job Description

Acquisition Program and Operations experience to support government programs that drive requirements definition resource allocation advanced capabilities and technologies acquisition and logistics support for Naval Aviation manned and unmanned platforms.

PrimaryResponsibilities:

Operational support to specified programs and directed technical efforts.

Analyze manage and support advanced systems studies.

Analyze science and technology capability lifecycles and transition of capability.

Collect complete organize and interpret technical data and information.

Develop and analyze program/project status schedules and milestones.

Draft review and organize POM issue sheet development.

Coordinate and facilitate program meetings and reviews.

Prepare briefing materials for Program leadership.

Represent program leadership at various meetings and provide feedback and recommendations as required.

Assist in coordinating planned capabilities across NAVAIR program offices.

Required qualifications:

• Proficiency in MS Office products (Excel PowerPoint Word Project)
• 5 years in program management or Navy acquisition program
• Active TOP SECRET clearance. (Note: active SECRET clearance with TOP SECRET eligibility may be considered for otherwise well qualified candidates)

Desired qualifications:

• 4-year bachelors degree from an accredited university or college
• 10 years in program management or Navy acquisition program

• Experience in system acquisition to include development integration and fielding of capabilities.
• SCI Eligible

• NAS Patuxent River MD

• 10-25% contract dependent
