Student Worker HHK
Fall 2026 & Spring 2027
Number of Openings: 2
Purpose/Objective of the Role:
- To assist Academic Assistant and Faculty with operations of the department and preparation for classes.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Check Mail/duplicating
- Update website and lobby monitor
- Create and post flyers for upcoming events attend events create and post weekly classroom schedules
- Answer visitor questions and provide building directions
Qualifications:
- Canva experience for making flyers and other documents
- General office skills
Potential Future Career Benefit:
- To gain experience in general office skills become familiar with the working of an academic office and develop relationships and networking skills.
