Hourly Pay Rate:$18.00 to $20.00 per hour

Location: 65 N 1150 Hurricane Utah 84737 (On-site)

Shift Options:

• AM: 7:00am - 5:00pm
• PM: 1:00pm - 11:00pm

Schedule:

• Week 1:
  • Monday Tuesday Saturday Sunday
• Week 2:
  • Wednesday Thursday Friday

Embark at Hurricane - Stabilization and Assessment is a residential treatment center that provides a nurturing home-like atmosphere for highly acute adolescent males and their families. We specialize in addressing complex issues such as traumatic stress family dynamics relationship challenges and mental health concerns all with a focus on family-centered healing.

• Walking clients through their day-to-day activities.
• Collaborate with therapists to implement interventions aligned with each clients treatment plan.
• Relaying any pertinent information over to the treatment team
• Consistent and thorough documentation and reporting
• Crisis prevention and management
• Maintaining a safe environment for clients
• Daily light housekeeping; sweeping cleaning up/putting things away dishes etc.
• Contribute to meal preparation while promoting healthy eating habits.
• Attend and engage in group sessions with clients fostering a sense of community.

• 21 years old or older
• Experience in Behavioral Health or a related field is preferred
• Current drivers license and a good driving record
• Ability to learn and perform CPR and First-Aid.
• Skill in de-escalating agitated students.
• Ability to pass a Utah State background check
• Willing to get Food Handlers Permit before first day of work
