Location: The Learning Experience Worcester MA
Pay: $20$22 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time MondayFriday
- Lead daily classroom routines for children ages 1236 months
- Support language development and early social interaction
- Implement engaging developmentally appropriate activities
- Assist with meals diapering/toileting readiness and transitions
- Maintain classroom organization and safety standards
- Communicate with families regarding daily activities and milestones
- Ensure compliance with Massachusetts EEC regulations
- Massachusetts EEC Toddler Teacher certification required
- Experience working with toddlers preferred
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Dependable and team-oriented mindset
