Job Summary
HR Business Partner
Full-time Human Resources Location Olathe KS
Reporting to the VP of People (Americas) the HRBP serves as a strategic consultant to management on human resource-related issues. Acting as an employee champion and change agent the HRBP partners with leadership to establish and drive HR programs and practices that support the business.
YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Partner with senior leaders to develop and execute people strategies that support business objectives
Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues and conduct thorough investigations
Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance management talent development and employee engagement
Analyze HR data and trends to make recommendations that improve retention productivity and culture
Partner with HR Centers of Excellence (Talent Acquisition Compensation L&D etc.) to deliver integrated HR solutions
Support workforce planning organizational design and change management initiatives
Ensure compliance with federal state and local employment laws and regulations
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive HR experience with at least 5 years in an HRBP or HR Manager role.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential (or equivalent) preferred but not required.
Technology systems preferred: Workday UKG Google Suites Excel ADP etc.
Experience working in a global matrixed organization with a consultative and collaborative HRBP approach is a plus.
Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including compensation practices organizational diagnosis employee relations performance management and federal and state respective employment laws.
