An exciting opportunity exists for a Visitor Experience Duty Manager to join our team at Newcastles iconic Civic Theatre. This is a permanent part-time opportunity working 12 hours per week.

Here your ideas and efforts directly shape the places where you and your community live work and play.

As our Visitor Experience Duty Manager you will be responsible for the effective operation and coordination of the venue during performances and events and act as the primary point of contact for operational decision-making during events ensuring compliance with venue policies procedures and safety standards. Bringing supervisory experience you will lead and supervise the Visitor Experience team to ensure exceptional customer service smooth operational delivery and a safe welcoming and accessible theatre environment.

Remuneration: $23909.28 17.5% annual leave loading yearly payment 12% Superannuation per annum pro-rata for a 12-hour week
