Job Summary
Nature and Scope
The Materials Coordinator facilitates the distribution of supplies and equipment throughout the hospital campuses to various departments. Fulfilling department requisitions and delivering in a timely manner. Inventory and restocking of assigned clinical departments. Performing other job tasks as assigned.

Compensation
Compensation Philosophy:
- We have 6 pay increments on our clinical pay scales to compensate staff for 6 years of relevant experience.
Compensation Range:
- $18.63 - $ 23.77 / hour
Job Status / Shift Information
- Regular full-time benefited
- Monday-Friday
Qualifications
Preferred Experience:
- Storeroom experience in hospital setting or in similar field.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Must be able to read write and understand the English language.
- Excellent public relations skills and ability to communicate with others.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Maintains a stock level inventory for assigned nursing departments consistent with established policy. The storeroom and supply rooms must always be neat and orderly.
- Fulfill and deliver requisitioned supplies to various departments.
- Deliver received goods from the day to various departments. Obtain signatures of receipt on Delivery Tickets.
- Make certain during transportation carts or dolly is not overloaded or carelessly loaded.
- Assist in maintaining inventory control making corrections when discrepancies arise.
