CityScapeWhat youll do:
As a Dynamics 365 Business Analyst youll be responsible for serving as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams translating business needs into well-defined requirements and scalable Dynamics 365 this role youll focus on optimizing business processes improving data quality and ensuring Dynamics 365 is configured to support organizational goals.Partner with business stakeholders to gather analyze and document functional requirements.
Translate business requirements into Dynamics 365 configurations feature and acceptance criteria.
Analyze and map current-state and future-state business processes.
Configure and support Dynamics 365
Collaborate with developers solution architects and system administrators to deliver solutions.
Support testing efforts including UAT planning execution and defect resolution.
Create functional documentation process flows and training materials.
Assist with data analysis reporting and dashboard requirements.
Provide ongoing system support enhancements and optimization recommendations.
Ensure solutions align with platform best practices security and data governance standards.
What youll need:
- 1 years of related experience in Data Analytics & Data Management or similar field.
- Bachelors degree in related field required.
- Entry level knowledge of general banking operations including deposit operations loan administration treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services.
- Entry level knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations rules and regulations industry standards and practices.
- Entry level to intermediate experience with data analysis tools (e.g. SQL Visio) and experience with process flow documentation design and implementation.
- Entry level to intermediate experience presenting findings from large datasets in a clear actionable way.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM preferred.
- Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills.
