Job Title: Physical Therapist

Salary Range: $44.02-$46.93 per hour

Schedule: Full-time Monday-Friday no weekend rotation

Position Type: Staff or Senior PT role

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physical Therapist to join our team in a full-time capacity. The ideal candidate will have experience working as a PT and be passionate about helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals. This position offers the opportunity to work in either a staff or senior PT role depending on the candidates qualifications and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients physical abilities and develop individualized treatment plans to address their specific needs

- Utilize a variety of techniques and modalities to help patients improve their mobility strength and functional abilities

- Monitor and track patients progress adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes

- Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for at-home exercises and activities to support their recovery

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals such as physicians and occupational therapists to provide comprehensive care to patients

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation

- Stay current with developments and advancements in the field of physical therapy through continuing education and professional development opportunities

Qualifications:

- Bachelors Masters or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution

- Active state license to practice as a Physical Therapist

- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a PT preferably in a clinical setting

- Strong knowledge of anatomy physiology and kinesiology

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems preferred

Salary and Benefits:
