P-Physical Therapist

Position: Physical Therapist (P-Physical Therapist)

Salary Range: $45-$48 per hour

Schedule: Full-time 35 hours per week Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm

Weekend Rotation: None

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. As a P-Physical Therapist you will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with physical impairments or disabilities helping them to regain their physical abilities and improve their overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients physical abilities and limitations

- Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation findings and patient goals

- Utilize a variety of techniques and modalities to improve patients physical function and mobility

- Monitor and document patients progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

- Educate patients and their families on proper techniques and exercises to continue at home

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation

- Stay current with advancements in the field of physical therapy and implement new techniques and treatments as appropriate

Qualifications:

- Bachelors Masters or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

- Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist

- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a clinical setting (new graduates with relevant clinical experience will also be considered)

- Strong knowledge of physical therapy principles techniques and modalities

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

- Compassionate patient-centered approach to care

- Basic computer skills and experience with electronic medical records
