Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Remote Virtual Operator to join our team. As a Remote Virtual Operator you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of our clients private jet charter flights. This is a full-time position that can be done remotely from anywhere in the world.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and manage all aspects of private jet charter flights including flight schedules crew assignments ground transportation catering and other client requests

- Communicate with clients to understand their travel needs and provide them with exceptional service

- Monitor flight progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure a smooth and timely travel experience for clients

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all flight information and client preferences

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure all flight operations are running smoothly

- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and provide the best possible service to clients

- Utilize various software and technology tools to effectively manage flight operations and communicate with team members and clients

- Provide excellent customer service and handle any issues or concerns that may arise during the flight

- Assist with other duties and projects as assigned by the company

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in the aviation industry preferably in private jet charter operations

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

- Proficient in using technology and software for flight operations

- Flexibility to work irregular hours and handle last-minute changes or emergencies

- Knowledge of aviation regulations and safety protocols

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- High attention to detail and accuracy

- Bachelors degree in aviation or related field is preferred but not required
