Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Remote Travel Specialist to assist with planning and coordinating travel experiences for clients. This fully remote opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy organizing details working independently and helping others create memorable trips.
In this role you will utilize company-provided training systems and resources to manage travel bookings communicate with clients and ensure a seamless planning process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with planning and booking travel arrangements including accommodations transportation and activities
- Organize and manage travel details such as itineraries confirmations and timelines
- Communicate with clients to understand preferences and provide recommendations
- Maintain accurate records using internal systems and tools
- Ensure all travel plans are handled efficiently accurately and professionally
- Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the booking process
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Comfortable learning new systems and following structured processes
- No prior experience required (training provided)
