Finance Manager Pre - Opening Resort SouthLuzon Philippines
We are looking for a Finance Manager for a pre - opening property. The successful candidate reporting to the Director of Finance will be overseeing the financial activities of the property ensuring accuracy compliance maximizing profitability and supporting strategic decisions through financial planning analysis budgeting reporting and team management.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related discipline
Ten (10) years of experience in the same or relevant role
Proficiency in financial forecasting analysis and reporting
Knowledgeable in accounting and hotel management systems
Pre opening experience is a must
Excellent management and leadership skills
Exceptional oral and written communication skills
Willingness to be based in Batangas
