Rate of Pay: 23.91 - 31.55 per hour
Summary:
This role provides a professional proactive and customer-focused administrative service in support of His Majestys Coroner during inquest hearings. The position involves handling sensitive information supporting court proceedings and ensuring accurate and timely processing of documentation while maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support during inquest hearings including presenting evidence when required
Record process and manage documents applications and correspondence accurately
Maintain well-organised and up-to-date records and information systems
Support general office duties such as photocopying filing shredding and document handling
Ensure information provided is accurate timely and easy to understand
Essential Requirements:
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Previous experience in an administrative or office-based role
Ability to handle sensitive and potentially distressing information professionally
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
Good communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to work in a structured and formal environment such as a court setting

You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
You should have right to work in U.K
