Manufacturing Technical Trainer

Responsible for developing and delivering hands-on technical training to manufacturing personnel to ensure safe consistent and efficient production practices. Partners with operations and engineering teams to support continuous improvement initiatives by standardizing work optimizing processes analyzing performance data and driving Lean and CI projects that improve quality productivity and employee capability.

The work model for the role is: Onsite

Job Responsibilities:

• Trainer for all the lines and new Joiners as per ABB process & guidelines.

• Support significant improvements with respect to safety quality delivery inventory and/or cost targets meeting customer and stakeholder commitments in collaboration with local leadership.

• Consolidation of KE tracking and improvement plan updating. A systematic fact-based approach to identify and evaluate opportunities for future improvement.

• Support practical training by developing under guidance of leadership.

• Support to prepare initiatives projects and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to demonstrate progress and value enabling decision-makers to allocate resources and recognize success.

• Support to implement MPH KANBAN on all lines.

• Support for setup activity for new and critical customer projects.
