Sentar is seeking a Full Time HR Business Partner in Huntsville AL
Role Description
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) supports assigned business units by serving as the primary HR contact and executing core human resources processes across the employee lifecycle. This role focuses on delivering efficient HR operations supporting employees and managers and ensuring a consistent and positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
HR Support & Employee Relations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and managers regarding day-to-day HR matters.
- Provide guidance on HR policies procedures and best practices.
- Maintain accurate and organized employee records.
Onboarding & New Hire Support
- Coordinate and execute onboarding and orientation activities.
- Communicate with new hires and managers to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Facilitate completion of pre-employment requirements including background checks and documentation.
- Ensure timely system setup and accurate entry of new hire information.
Performance & Talent Processes
- Support the administration of performance review cycles.
- Assist in executing compensation and merit review processes.
- Maintain employee data related to performance and talent management.
Leave & Employee Administration
- Administer and track employee leave programs in compliance with policies and regulations.
- Respond to employment verification requests.
- Support general employee lifecycle changes (e.g. status updates role changes).
Offboarding & Employee Transitions
- Coordinate employee separations including exit processes and documentation.
- Facilitate exit interviews and communicate departures to appropriate stakeholders.
- Ensure timely processing of termination-related actions and system updates.
Training & Development
- Support the rollout and tracking of required training programs.
- Partner with leadership to ensure employees complete assigned learning activities.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field preferred.
Experience:
- 3 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role.
- Familiarity with HRIS and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word Excel PowerPoint).

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
