WPP Media is on an ambitious growth journey andwerelooking for an experienced Sr. Marketing Manager who can help turn marketing into a true driver of demand and commercial impact.
This role is for someone proactive curious and relentless - someone who goes beyond execution and uses marketing to shape marketperception create demand and support business growth.

Youll be part of our Strategy & Growth team a cross-functional unit working closely across New Business Communication Strategy Client Growth Media Strategy & Innovation and Growth Marketing & Brand. Built on close collaboration the team gives you direct access and a unique opportunity to turn insights into impactful market-facing initiatives. Together we aim to grow and position WPP Media Danmark by developing and facilitating insight-driven collaborative solutions that drive innovation and transformational growth for our clients.
Key responsibilities
Youllplay a key role in defining how we show up in the market whatwereknown for and how that translates into tangible growth.
- PR & Market Presence: Drive proactive PR initiatives and build strong media relationships to elevate brand visibility and support the overall market narrative.
- Organisational Activation:Mobiliseteams across the business to surfaceexpertiseand translate it into clear market-facing stories that reinforce strategic positioning.
- Client Events & Experiences:Own end-to-end execution of client events - from concept to delivery - ensuring high quality and clear commercial impact aligned with growth priorities.
- Channel & Content Strategy: Develop and execute channel and content strategies across platforms with a strong focus on LinkedIn. Create sharp engaging content and ensure consistency acrossthe Nordic region.
- Client Cases & Commercial Storytelling: Build andmaintaina strong pipeline of client cases. Turn work and results into compelling commercially driven stories thatdemonstratevalue and differentiation.
- Awards & Industry Recognition: Collaborate with our Communications Strategy team onaward submissions end-to-end developing standout cases and ensuring a strong pipeline of entries that strengthen market credibility and leadership.
- Paid Media DirectionSupport the definition and execution of paid media strategiesincludingobjectives audiences messaging and performance tracking.
- CRM & Lead Generation: Work closely with the CRM lead to execute CRM strategies and targeted campaigns that nurture leads and convert prospects into clients.
- Performance & Reporting: Monitor and analyse the performance of campaigns and initiatives ensuring continuous optimisation measurable impact and delivery against KPIs.
- Creative & Brand Excellence: Uphold high creative standards across all outputs. Contribute to concept development messaging and visual direction to ensure a strong and consistent brand expression.
- Internal Communication & Alignment:Drive clear and consistent internal communication supporting leadership messaging key initiatives andorganisationalalignment.

Who you are: Skills & Qualifications
- 6-8 years of experience in marketing ideally within media or advertising
- Degree in Marketing Business Administration Media or a related field
- Strong hands-on experience with digital marketing CRM systems content strategy and event planning
- Solid understanding of business and client environments - you know what drives decisions
- Commercial mindset with a clear view of how marketing contributes to growth
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with media and industry partners
- Highly collaborative with strong organizational and project management skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities and deliver with strong execution power
- Proactive self-motivated and curious mindset
- Strong storytelling skills - able to turn work into impactful commercial narratives
- Fluent in English and the local market language
- Experience from both agency and client side is a strong advantage
