Were looking for a Compliance Specialist to join our team. This isnt just an administrative role; its a chance to be a guardian of quality and safety. Youll be on the front lines ensuring that every educator who walks into a classroom through our platform is fully vetted qualified and prepared to make a positive impact.
What Youll Do
Youll be a key player on our Compliance team using your sharp eye for detail to ensure were adhering to all state federal and internal standards. This means youll be:
Reviewing and approving educator profiles to confirm all documentation is accurate from background checks and references to immunizations and training certifications.
Assisting with background checks and regular compliance audits to maintain our high standards of safety.
Collaborating with a passionate team to develop and implement policies that protect students and schools.
Helping to build a culture of compliance across the entire organization ensuring everyone understands the importance of our mission.
Who Were Looking For
This role is perfect for a self-motivated and highly organized individual who is passionate about making a difference. You should be:
A meticulous and detail-oriented individual with an ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Comfortable with technology and proficient in tools like the Google Suite.
An excellent communicator both in writing and in conversation.
Confident in handling sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.
Driven by a passion for child safety in education understanding that your work directly contributes to a secure and supportive learning environment.
Prior experience in a compliance or administrative role is an asset but not a requirement!
