Evaluate and treat patients in a skilled nursing setting

Active Wisconsin Physical Therapist license
Strong clinical communication and organizational skills

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school with a bachelors masters or doctoral degree in PhysicalTherapy.
- License as required by the State of Wisconsin to practice as a PhysicalTherapist.
