Doit avoir un MBA ou une maîtrise (préférablement un doctorat) dans un domaine ayant un lien direct avec le cours. Doit aussi démontrer une expérience professionnelle récente dans le domaine des communications daffaires et doit également avoir une bonne expérience de lenseignement de préférence dans le domaine du cours.
