Job Summary
Were looking for a driven and dedicated real estate administrative assistant to join our growing team. Your job will be to answer phones schedule showings and vendor appointments attend showings and do follow-up organize the office materials and create daily schedules.
Youll also work with the team to help agents by doing administrative tasks that facilitate their deals. Our ideal candidate has superb organizational skills a knack for customer service strong verbal and written communication skills and a strong understanding of the real estate transaction process. - Create an amazing white-glove customer experience on the phone and in person at showings and open houses
- Coordinate between vendors and clients
- Attend appointments in the field to facilitate real estate transactions
- Has a 4-year college degree or the equivalent of real-life experience in a related field
- Amazing organizational skills
