Join a high-tech cannabis cultivation team managing irrigation and fertigation systems using Aroya. Youll work with growers to maintain optimal plant health in a fast-paced production environment.

Full-time Cultivation environment
Cannabis cultivation experience preferred

What Youll Do

• Manage irrigation and feeding schedules
• Use Aroya to monitor and adjust crop inputs
• Maintain pumps valves filters and irrigation systems
• Coordinate with growers and cultivation leadership
• Track data update schedules and complete reports
• Support harvest planning and cultivation projects

Requirements

• 21 years old
• 1 year cannabis cultivation experience preferred
• Agriculture or production experience a plus
• Comfortable using Excel/Word and basic data tracking
• Able to perform physical work in a grow environment
• Detail-oriented and reliable

Physical Requirements

• Long periods standing/sitting with repetitive tasks
• Lift up to 25 lbs
• Exposure to noise humidity dust and chemicals
