At our Pooler GA facility were looking for a sit-down forklift operator who takes the job seriously - someone who moves product efficiently keeps their area safe and doesnt need to be reminded twice. If that sounds like you keep reading.

• Operate a sit-down counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently throughout your shift
• Load and unload inbound and outbound trailers with accuracy and care
• Move palletized product to designated locations throughout the warehouse
• Verify loads against shipping paperwork - you catch errors before they become problems
• Follow safe travel speeds traffic flow and housekeeping standards at all times
• Perform pre-shift equipment inspections and flag any issues immediately
• Support inventory counts cycle counts and assist team leads as needed
• Show up do the work and be someone your team can count on

• Proven sit-down forklift experience - real hours in the seat not just a checkbox
• Current forklift certification preferred; must be certifiable if not current
• Strong awareness of warehouse safety protocols - OSHA knowledge is a plus
• Able to maintain a steady reliable pace in a high-volume 3PL environment
• Consistent attendance record - your team depends on you being there every day
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay physically active throughout the full shift
• Experience in distribution 3PL or freight warehouse operations is a definite advantage
