Job Title: User Technology Specialist / IT support specialist
Location: Phoenix AZ-100% onsite.

Duration: One-year contract starting upon onboarding.
Purpose: Provide temporary IT support to ensure continuity during absences of the primary ITSS. This role is critical to maintaining operations and preventing service disruptions.
Key Responsibilities: Serve as backup IT support specialist . Provide end-user support for laptops desktops and mobile devices. Manage hardware inventory and lifecycle. Perform preventative maintenance and maintain documentation. Assist with user training deployment and process improvements.
Must haves:
- User support experience
- Imaging systems experience
- User computer imaging and deployment experience
