Description:
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform analysis on large amounts of data to provide the business with fact-based insights and KPIs
O er internal process and user/customer perspective of simplicity e ciency and e ectiveness
Support departmental reporting metrics budgets dashboards and analytics
Make recommendations and present alternatives to address business needs or resolve impediments
Develop functional process and system documentation
Monitor system and process performance and escalate issues as appropriate Gather de ne and document business requirements and processes
Organizing files processing paperwork or work orders and preparing operational reports.
Acting as a liaison between departments and communicating with vendors or customer.
Other miscellaneous office duties as assigned by management
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Strong analysis decision making and problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal) Ability to work as part of a team and interact e ectively with others
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple tasks under time constraints Experience working with project management methodology preferred
Pro cient in standard o ce software (MS Excel Visio Word)

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED
Bachelor s Degree in Business Administration or Information Systems/Technology or equivalent experience (3 years of analyst experience
