Title: Python developers with Gen AI.

Location: Charlotte NC (Locals are preferred)

We are seeking a talented Python Developer with hands-on experience in Generative AI (GenAI) to design build and deploy intelligent applications leveraging large language models (LLMs) and modern AI frameworks. The ideal candidate will combine strong Python development skills with expertise in AI/ML pipelines prompt engineering and integration of GenAI solutions into production systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Application Development
  • Build scalable Python applications that integrate with LLMs and GenAI frameworks.
  • Develop APIs microservices and automation scripts to support AI-driven workflows.
• Generative AI Engineering
  • Implement and fine-tune LLMs for domain-specific tasks.
  • Work with frameworks such as LangChain LlamaIndex Hugging Face Transformers.
  • Design retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases.
• Data & Integration
  • Create and manage embeddings pipelines for text and structured/unstructured data.
  • Integrate GenAI models with external systems databases and cloud services.
• Performance & Monitoring
  • Optimize AI applications for accuracy latency and scalability.
  • Monitor production systems and troubleshoot issues proactively.
• Collaboration
  • Work closely with data scientists ML engineers and product teams.
  • Document technical processes and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Python (async programming REST APIs Flask/FastAPI etc.).
• Experience with LLMs (OpenAI Anthropic Meta LLaMA Mistral etc.).
• Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone Weaviate FAISS Milvus).
• Knowledge of retrieval techniques and RAG architectures.
• Solid understanding of NLP concepts: embeddings tokenization semantic search.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure AWS GCP) and containerization (Docker Kubernetes).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience deploying GenAI applications in production environments.
• Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects.
• Background in enterprise-scale AI solutions or financial/healthcare domains.
• Advanced degree (M.S./Ph.D.) in Computer Science AI or related fields.
