We are hiring a Temporary Drive Test Examiner for one of our clients in Waukee IA.

Job Description:

This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in a fast paced customer focused environment. Successful candidates will work directly with the public and be responsible exclusively for conducting drive tests to ensure applicants can safely operate a motor vehicle in various traffic conditions.

This position will support the Drivers License Service Center by conducting drive tests to evaluate applicants ability to safely operate a motor vehicle in a variety of traffic situations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct drive tests to evaluate applicants driving skills and adherence to traffic laws
• Provide clear professional instructions and feedback to applicants
• Ensure all drive testing procedures are followed consistently and safely
• Maintain accurate documentation related to test results and applicant interactions
• Deliver high quality customer service throughout the drive testing process

Skills Required:

• Strong customer-service experience in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to successfully complete required training to conduct solo drive tests with members of the public

Ideal Candidate Qualities:

• Safety focused and able to remain calm in various traffic scenarios
• Dependable and able to follow established testing protocols
• Comfortable interacting with customers throughout the drive testing process

Requirements:

• Possession of a valid drivers license
• Background check with fingerprints required
