About the Role:

This position is part of Caterpillars Oil Gas and Marine organization and will support growth in both Caterpillars Oil Gas and Marine and Caterpillars Electric Power businesses. The role offers the opportunity to lead the Installation Commissioning and Start Up phase of the G20CM34 natural gas power generation as it relates to Caterpillars scope of supply and site services and its interface/integration with the power generating facility. These projects support a wide range of customer applications including data centers utilities large commercial and industrial customers and oilfield production power.

What You Will Do:

  • Organize and coordinate commissioning activities working with internal business partners and 3rd parties.
  • Serve as a liaison across project teams translating objectives into program milestones and execution practices.
  • Plan and monitor site activities to ensure quality standards and performance goals are met.
  • Manage all aspects of the commissioning to ensure projects are delivered accepted and completed within established timelines.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree (BS) or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience
  • Cross-functional project or program management experience

Top Candidates Will Also Have:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Onsite customer experience

Skills Knowledge and Experience:

  • Influencing: Knowledge of effective influencing strategies and the ability to impact decisions within and beyond the immediate organization.
  • Alignment: Knowledge of the value of collaboration and the ability to engage stakeholders to communicate and coordinate activities in support of project objectives.
  • Analytical Thinking: Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems.

Summary Pay Range:

$128470.00 - $192710.00
