Role: Lead Specialist Product Management
Location: Bangalore (On-site)

We are seeking a customercentric Product Manager to lead product management for Credly and its enterprise integration ecosystem within Pearsons ELS portfolio. This role focuses on scaling and evolving Credly as a platform product enabling seamless integrations with learning talent and assessment systems used by enterprise and institutional customers.

This is a highly crossfunctional product role working at the intersection of platform capabilities APIdriven integrations and enterprise customer needs. You will partner closely with engineering architecture UX commercial and customer success teams to deliver reliable secure and scalable integrations that drive adoption and business value.

The role is ideal for a Product Manager who thrives in B2B / B2B2C environments understands platform and integration products and can translate complex technical capabilities into clear customer value propositions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the product vision and roadmap for Credlys integrations and platform capabilities aligned to ELS and broader Pearson strategy.
  • Define and prioritise APIs partner integrations and platform features that enable Credly to integrate seamlessly with LMS HRIS talent and assessment ecosystems.
  • Partner with enterprise customers internal stakeholders and partners to understand integration requirements workflows and constraints.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering platform architecture and security teams to deliver scalable reliable and compliant integration solutions.
  • Work with UX and design to ensure simple intuitive experiences for administrators partners and developers.
  • Lead and contribute to a crossfunctional delivery squad ensuring product outcomes are delivered with quality and predictability.
  • Use data customer insights and adoption metrics to inform prioritisation and iteration.
  • Support gotomarket and commercial teams by providing product input for customer conversations solution positioning and sales enablement.
  • Communicate a clear and compelling product narrative that articulates Credlys platform value integration strategy and enterprise impact.

Candidate Profile

Experience & Qualifications

  • 4 years of product management experience preferably working on platform integration or SaaS products.
  • Demonstrated experience working closely with engineering and technical teams including APIfirst or integrationheavy products.
  • Experience managing complex stakeholder environments including enterprise customers partners and internal teams.
  • Strong understanding of B2B or B2B2C product delivery models.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity balance competing priorities and make informed tradeoffs.

  • Strong customerfocused mindset with the ability to translate enterprise needs into clear product outcomes.
  • Comfortable working on platform capabilities rather than purely enduser features.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills able to align technical and nontechnical audiences.
  • Analytical and datainformed with a focus on measurable impact and adoption.
  • Familiarity with learning credentials talent or skills ecosystems is desirable but not required.
