What This Role Is All About
The NetSuite Administrator is responsible for the administration configuration governance and operational stability of the NetSuite ERP platform. The role acts as a bridge between business functional and technical teams ensuring controlled system changes high availability and effective user support.
This is a techno-functional role requiring strong platform expertise and a solid understanding of ERP business processes within an integrated ecosystem.
Your Key Areas of Focus
- Manage user lifecycle roles and permissions ensuring secure and compliant access
- Configure and maintain forms fields workflows and system settings aligned to business needs
- Provide L1 and L2 support for transactions workflows and system issues
- Support reporting needs using saved searches reports and dashboards
- Perform data operations including CSV imports and maintain master data integrity
- Act as SPOC for change requests and coordinate with functional and technical teams
- Support SIT and UAT cycles and manage deployments across environments
- Monitor integrations perform issue triage and coordinate resolution
- Maintain documentation audit logs and enforce governance processes
- Drive continuous improvement through automation and best practices
What Were Looking For
- Strong hands-on experience in NetSuite administration user and role management
- Proficiency in saved searches reports dashboards and basic workflows
- Good understanding of Finance and Supply Chain processes
- Strong troubleshooting problem-solving and coordination skills
- Ability to manage stakeholders across business and IT teams
- Basic awareness of integrations APIs and middleware environments
- 5 years of experience in NetSuite administration
- Experience in ERP production support and cross-functional environments
- Exposure to NetSuite implementation or transformation programs preferred
- Experience working in integrated ERP WMS and middleware ecosystems is a plus
- NetSuite certifications are advantageous but not mandatory
