Seeking General Dentist for Established PPO / Fee-for-Service Practice in Harlem

Morningside Dental Care a high-production patient-focused practice in the heart of Harlem is seeking a motivated and experienced general dentist to join our team. The ideal candidate is equally passionate about patient care and team success strives for clinical excellence and is a growth-minded dental leader looking for autonomy flexibility and professional development. Currently a part-time role (Wednesday Thursday Friday schedule) with potential for a full-time position for the right candidate.

We are a PPO fee-for-service office looking for a dentist who is a committed team player relentless in expanding their skill set and always willing to go the extra mile to help patients achieve a healthier more functional more vibrant smile. Our doctors and hygienists are dental leaders in a rapidly evolving industry using advanced technology and specialized expertise to ensure patients receive exceptional care.

This unique opportunity offers room for growth in a thriving practice with a loyal base of existing patients as well as a strong new patient pipeline.

We Offer:

• $900 -$1000 daily minimum a collection-based bonus
• Schedule: Wednesday Thursday & Friday 9:00 am -5:00 pm (no nights or weekends required)
• Potential to become a full-time opportunity with benefits for the right candidate
• 30-35 new patients a month to help you continually grow your patient base as well as an established patient base
• Experienced Hygienist and highly-trained clinical and administrative support staff

General Dentist Requirements

• 5 years of post-graduate experience
• NYC Dental License in good standing
• Ability to travel every day to the office
• Demonstrated commitment to continuing education and professional growth
